TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SERVICES PROVIDED Bedrock Digital Partners LLC ("Bedrock") provides digital marketing, SEO audits, and lead generation services. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, sales, or a specific volume of leads.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS Digital marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) are subject to third-party platform changes (e.g., Google, Meta). Bedrock is not responsible for fluctuations in search engine rankings or changes in third-party algorithms that may affect visibility.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Bedrock is a lead generation and consulting firm. We are not responsible for the quality of work performed by any contractor or service provider we refer to a user. Any dispute regarding home improvement services must be resolved directly between the consumer and the contractor.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All "Rank and Rent" assets, websites, and content produced by Bedrock remain the sole property of Bedrock Digital Partners LLC unless a written transfer of ownership is executed.

5. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any legal disputes shall be handled in the courts of Roanoke, Virginia.
